Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the products in their original BURGA packaging, ensuring they are unused and in the same condition as when they arrived.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
